Etika Pelayanan Bagi Pertumbuhan Iman Warga Gereja Yang Memiliki Latar Belakang Sosial Dan Spiritual Yang Beragam
Abstract
This article examines the ethics of church ministry in the context of the social and spiritual diversity of congregation members as a foundation for holistic faith growth. Through a theological approach and literature analysis from reputable theological journals, this study argues that ethical ministry is not merely a moralistic act, but a theological response to diversity as God's gift. The article identifies three pillars of service ethics—relational inclusivity, contextual sensitivity, and spiritual integrity—as a framework for the church in responding to congregational diversity. Findings indicate that churches that develop love-based and humble service ethics are able to foster deeper and more comprehensive faith growth amid social-spiritual plurality.
